Alabama Title System Changes - Application Submission
In order to improve ALTS functionality, the submission process has been changed. The submission will look exactly the same, but when you select all the applications you wish to submit and click on the submit button, you will receive a message letting you know that the submission has been received. When you click “OK”, you will be redirected to a new page with a countdown. At the end of the countdown, the page will automatically check to see if the submission was successful.
You can also manually check it by clicking on the “Check Now” button. Once the countdown is completed, or you manually click on the check now button, you will get one of the following messages:
- This submission is still pending. Please check back in a few moments.
- This submission is finished processing, but unfortunately had errors. You will be redirected to more details in a few moments.
- The submission has been processed. You will be redirected to the result in a few moments.
If you do a manual check, the timer will reset. Once the process finishes, you will be redirected to the final submission log page.
This change will be effective on 3/22/2018.
