Update to Registration File Information for Tag Schemes
The Motor Vehicle Division has updated the registration file format to add a field indicating what plates require opt-in/opt-out data collection. Please ensure that your renewal systems are collecting and submitting registration records to include the new data fields. The updated registration file format may be found on the Motor Vehicle Division website at: http://www.revenue.alabama.gov/motorvehicle/index.cfm under ‘Reference & Statistics’ then ‘Registration File Information
