Electronic Surety Bond Request Form (MVT 10-1A)
The Electronic Surety Bond Request Form (MVT 10-1A) has been implemented. The form is to be used to request surety bonds for all vehicles required to be titled. The form can be accessed by using the following link: https://bonds.mvtrip.alabama.gov/ or by going to the Motor Vehicle Division's forms page and selecting form number MVT 10-1A
