MLI Forms Updated
The updated MLI forms (MV-32-7A-5 & MV-32-7A-11) are now posted on the Motor Vehicle Division's forms page. https://revenue.alabama.gov/forms/?d=motor-vehicle These forms are to be used for individuals that have received the new MLI notice, which includes the language regarding tag surrenders.
