Repealed Motor Vehicle Division Rules
Please note the following administrative rules have been repealed:
Admin Rule 810-5-75-.49 - This rule was consolidated with Admin. Rule 810-5-75-.39
Admin Rule 810-5-75-.67 - Language from this rule has been superseded by changes to the statute, Section 32-20-20, Code of Ala. 1975 as amended by Act 2019-239.
Admin Rule 810-5-8-.02 - This rule was consolidated with Admin. Rule 810-5-8-.01
Admin Rule 810-5-8-.05 - This rule has been reviewed and has been determined to be duplicate the guidance provided in the statute, Sections 32-7A-6 and 32-7A-17, Code of Ala. 1975, and is therefore unnecessary.
