Disabled Veteran-US Army Plate Correction
Effective 5/16/22, the design for the Disabled Veteran – US Army license plate has been updated to correct an error in the image. All license plate issuing officials receiving a shipment of these plates have been contacted and advised to remove the plates from their shelves. Registrants have been notified of the design change and advised that their registrations are valid, and no further action is required until their next renewal period when they would be issued a new license plate design. However, the letter also gives them the option to visit their local licensing official’s office to return the old plate and obtain a new one.
